Administrative Associate & Cardiac Monitor Observer - Full Time First Shift

About the Role

Administrative Associate facilitates the delivery of patient care by performing specific administrative/clerical tasks, support functions and facilitating communication among team members under the supervision of a registered nurse. Requires a person with a positive attitude who is pleasant and cooperative; displays a professional demeanor with patients, families, physicians, and fellow employees; works under stressful conditions and remains pleasant and productive; works as a team member.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Keyboarding and computer skills/knowledge.
• Medical Terminology preferred.
• Ability to use good judgment and critical thinking skills to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems.
• Competent to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served.

Positions in the following areas require a criminal background and/or Central Registry check and continued employment is based on the outcomes of the report(s): Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Antepartum Unit, Women’s Care Center and effective 4/20/03 Float Pool.

Pay

$17.86 - $22.33 per hour.
