Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to maintain accurate and organized files and databases.
  • Cook up travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Order office supplies, equipment, and other materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
  • Aid in special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge and an ABLE license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
