Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to maintain accurate and organized files and databases.
- Cook up travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Order office supplies, equipment, and other materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Aid in special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge and an ABLE license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
