Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and residents professionally and friendlily.
  • Processing and closing homes according to company business plans.
  • Serving customers using the company’s selling philosophy and provided tools.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to after closing, keeping records of all communication.
  • Monitoring and recording daily customer traffic using company tools and sending “Thank You” notes.
  • Accurately completing administrative tasks, handling priorities, creating sales agreements, calculating taxes, and running credit checks.
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s internal inventory software to ensure accuracy of available and sold homes.
  • Taking photographs and videos of homes for marketing purposes.
  • Attending and participating in regular rally meetings to review sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintaining open communications with all community and regional team members.
  • Auditing marketing materials and managing digital marketing sources.
  • Maintaining a list of current available homes daily, including tracking new arrivals.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, ordering office supplies, researching and implementing company-sponsored activities.
  • Participating in training programs and seminars as required.
  • Delivering various communications to customers or residents as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, professional, and capable of meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Strong math skills and ability to calculate figures and amounts like discounts, interest, and commissions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-centered environment.
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.
  • Problem-solving and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Understanding and following company policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to personal development in sales, marketing, and technology.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
