Administrative Assistant (Repair Station)

Responsibilities
- Generation of electronic and hard-copy turbine engine maintenance document packages.
- Audit of completed engine maintenance document packages upon completion of maintenance.
- Generation of regulatory paperwork for turbine engine maintenance events.
- Storing engine maintenance records, which includes scanning large volumes of engine and component maintenance records for electronic storage.
- Organization, scanning, and storage of component repair and inspection records.
- Maintain and replenish Repair Station supplies including standard and unique consumable items as required.
- Aid in research and re-generation of customer maintenance records.
- Perform regular audits of Repair Station paperwork to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Generate Desk-Level Instructions for new processes related to the Repair Station Administrator role.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-3 years of administrative experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- U.S. citizenship status is required
