Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Updates and maintains various forms, manuals, handouts, presentations, and other miscellaneous documentation to support business needs.
- Affords assistance with the coordination of employee engagement programs such as quarterly ER3 recognition events at campus locations, Service Awards, Birthday/Holiday cards, administration of STARS recognition program and approves electronic nominations.
- Reviews, distributes and monitors the campus start-up form and closure process.
- Arranges meetings, location, rooms, meals and the preparation of printed materials for assigned company functions (e.g., employee appreciation, Home Office ER3 meetings, holiday parties, PD meetings, etc.).
- Affords assistance with travel arrangements as needed.
- Plans and assists with customer appreciation gifts and cards for holiday and other events as directed by senior Leadership.
- Prepares and ships various related promotional materials to facilities upon request.
- Affords assistance with printed materials and handouts for trade shows, Internet research, sales target and facility information.
- Compiles and distributes data and reports for the leadership team to include GPTW and LSS results, pillar and quarterly goals.
- Updates and maintains various business resources to include the P:drive, directories, organization charts, and Zoom and Attendify accounts.
- Cumulates and distributes recruitment mailers and various recruiting materials.
- Creates and updates spreadsheets and company/employee directories as necessary or upon request of Senior Leadership (e.g., Program Director’s Quarter Goals, Therapy Scores, etc.).
- Updates, prints, and distributes marketing materials such as facility specific brochures and flyers.
- Orders uniforms, supplies and business cards and creates name tags as needed.
- Prepares, organizes, and sets up market analysis materials through web research and other data sources.
- Conserves resources by adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s) incurred by the Company.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A college graduate or some college classes are preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of administrative or communications experience are required.
- A healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy, therapy or long-term care environment is preferred.
- Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products are required.
