Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Muriel Siebert & Co., Inc, a well-established Financial Services Company in the heart of the World Financial Center in New York City, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist in our local office and work closely with members of our Executive Management Team.

As the face of our organization, you will provide a world-class level of service to our discerning clientele. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, self-starter with the initiative to problem-solve and address our needs proactively. This role requires a friendly demeanor, an analytical outlook, and a strong desire to excel in the world of Financial Services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to clients and partners visiting our local branch office.
- Assist the Executive Management Team with administrative tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong time management skills.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding plans, statuses, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office (comfortable with daily use of basic Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Professional, confident, and positive demeanor.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Communications preferred).
- Ability to commute or relocate to Battery Park City, NY.
- 1+ years of Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience (preferred).
