Job Description
The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with very good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive; maintain a professional and tidy lobby area.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed.
- Oversee office security by following visitor protocols and managing guest logs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 3 +years of experience in an administrative, data entry, receptionist or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new office software and office equipment.
- Soft Skills:
- Professional phone etiquette, clear verbal articulation.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion for handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
