Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the preparation and coordination of events and meetings.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years as an Administrative Assistant; finance experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
