We have an exciting position open for a highly motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to join U.S. Bank supporting our Operations Platform, AI and Data Executive in the U.S. Bank Plaza Minneapolis office. The Platform, AI and Data function creates a cohesive approach to how Operations use their data, processes and technology to deliver simpler solutions for clients and employees. Aligning under this area are Operations Platform Management, Process Transformation and Automation, Business Insights and Performance, and Data. Together, these teams support a more consistent client and employee experience across Operations. The position requires a person who goes beyond traditional support and is ideal for someone who’s eager to contribute to high-impact, strategic work while excelling at the essentials like calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination.
