Pay

$17 an hour

Part Time

Responsible for clerical activities while providing administrative support for the department or function assigned.
Maintains files as required.
Coordinates and schedules management and teammate meetings for the department/function.
Assists in coordinating special events and local teammate functions.
Processes invoices and expense reports according to formal processes.
Coordinates projects as assigned.
Provides backup and acts as Receptionist in his/her absence.

Responsibilities

  • Orders supplies, coordinates mailing events (both electronic and regular mail), and maintains files as required.
  • Scans and files documents as required for the department/function.
  • Captures and distributes inquiries or requests for information to necessary parties as required.
  • Coordinates and schedules management and teammate meetings for the department/function.
  • Assists in coordinating special events and local teammate functions.
  • Makes travel arrangements for teammates as required.
  • Assists with development of materials used in classes or events.
  • Assists the department by preparing for meetings, reviewing requests, and processing decisions made in meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous working experience preferred
