About the role

This position provides non-clinical administrative support, with 60% of time dedicated to Parking and Transportation and 40% to Language Services. The role requires initiative, proficiency, and adaptability to optimize the time of those supported, with a strong commitment to quality, excellence, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of non-clinical administrative support tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for meetings, events, and professional travel.
  • Manage calendars, prepare documents and presentation materials, and process invoices and reimbursements.
  • Compose and/or transcribe correspondence and documents.
  • Support departmental projects and activities.
  • Create and maintain websites, web pages, databases, spreadsheets, and social media accounts.
  • Answer telephones and provide related follow-through.
  • Demonstrate proficient use of computer hardware, software, telecommunication, and office equipment, and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness through attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support role, or
  • One-year degree/diploma in an administrative, business, or medical-related program with a minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative support role, or
  • Associate’s degree in an administrative, business, or medical-related program.
  • Administrative support experience must include meeting management, calendar coordination, creating/transcribing correspondence, and using business-related software (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • High-level skills in organization, customer service, professionalism, interpersonal relations, written and oral communication.
  • Ability to prioritize, shift tasks quickly, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Effective decision-making, judgment, confidentiality, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Experience with coordination of travel and expense management.
  • Proficient application of English grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Preference for work-related experience within the last ten years.

Pay

Compensation range is $21.55 - $30.22 per hour.

Schedule

  • Full Time (80 hours per pay period).
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Limited to no weekend work.
