About The Role The Operations and HR Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting Scene Health's operational efficiency and organizational culture. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records management, and compliance. The role involves coordinating daily activities, managing data, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
