About The Role

The Operations and HR Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency and organizational culture of Scene Health. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee record management, and compliance. The role involves coordinating activities, managing data, and resolving employee inquiries to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, People Services, or Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Aid in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Aid in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Provide administrative support for routine HR functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Avoid compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
  • Manage recordkeeping and generate reports for HR metrics and audits
  • Cook up employee engagement activities and communication efforts
  • Aid in routine audits and review of processes to improve efficiency
  • Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and workflows
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational needs
