Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support while helping manage the day-to-day operations of a busy property management business. This role offers a blend of administrative, operational, and project coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, anticipating needs, and supporting both executive initiatives and property management operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, research, and project coordination.
- Manage office administration including digital and physical filing, document preparation, office organization, and supply ordering.
- Cook up vendor, maintenance scheduling, and administrative support for property management operations.
- Maintain spreadsheets, update business records and software systems, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Manage professional communications with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Help prioritize competing initiatives, anticipate business needs, and keep projects moving efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in administrative support with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and quickly learn new software and processes.
- Experience supporting executives, coordinating vendors, or managing projects is highly preferred.
- Property management, real estate, customer service, or office management experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $30 - $40/hour, depending on experience.
- Part-time temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3-6 months.
- Hybrid work arrangement with flexible scheduling.
