Job Duties

Supports department director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for maintaining knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. May direct and lead the work of others.

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing meetings and schedules
  • Producing and distributing correspondence
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Reconciling expense reports
  • Assisting with projects
  • Providing other direct administrative support to the assigned office

Requirements

Requires: GED or High School Diploma AND Two years related work experience. Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred.
