Administrative Assistant - Management Consulting
Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
- Provide day-to-day support for multiple partners and their respective teams in a remote and in-person format.
- Assist with the production of client or Firm deliverables such as presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements for partners and staff.
- Navigate reporting, create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense detail in Firm's practice management system.
- Attain a proficient level of operational knowledge in the Firm's operational systems like Workday, WYN, and LCVista in order to be capable of training practice staff in the appropriate use of system.
- Align and support arrangements for internal and external meetings/events in conference rooms (including needed equipment and/or conference and video calls, catered meals, set-up, clean-up, etc.).
- Assist with administrative projects.
- Responsible for frequent communications with all levels of the organization.
- Focused support with operational procedures related to multiple practice areas within Management Consulting.
- Assist with office-level support needs.
- Actively contributes to the compilation and maintenance of operational support documentation for designated practice area(s) and Management Consulting.
The Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education/college coursework preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
- Administrative and organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
- Solid technical proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Schedule
- This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
Pay
The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $22.82 - $37.21
