Administrative Assistant-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years)
About the role
The role involves tracking, reviewing, approving, uploading, archiving, and resolving invoice-related issues. The position requires experience in Accounts Payable, proficiency in SAP and SRM, and the ability to work independently while following established processes. The role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage requests and ensure timely invoice processing.
Responsibilities
- Tracking, reviewing, and approving invoices.
- Investigating delayed approvals.
- Managing client requests and queries.
- Loading and archiving invoice data.
- Verifying tax information.
- Assisting with past due or denied invoices.
- Working independently on tasks and following outlined processes.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and extensive experience in processing invoices.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP and SRM.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook Express.
- Additional Skills: Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
Driving will be required as part of this position's duties. For positions indicating driving requirements, validation of a non-restricted current driver's license is necessary. The driving record must show no alcohol or drug-related driving offenses within the previous five years and the license must not be currently suspended or restricted.
