About the Opportunity
The Behavioral Health Program Administrative Assistant III supports the Behavioral Health Program by managing administrative tasks that facilitate program operations. This role ensures effective communication, organization, and logistical coordination to maintain smooth workflows and support program goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tracking processes for program work plan activities under supervision.
- Prepare electronic and print communications such as newsletters and brochures.
- Edit and format content on websites managed by the program using WordPress.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
- Format professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Process purchase reports, travel expense vouchers, consultant invoices, and credit card charges.
- Assist with travel planning, reimbursements, and scheduling meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate large meetings and conferences including venue selection, accommodations, AV setup, catering, and event coordination.
- Provide office management tasks including photocopying, scanning, email, and electronic filing.
- Perform data entry, file management, and correspondence with accuracy.
- Support the Psychology Internship Consortium Program with communications, purchasing, timecard management, website maintenance, travel coordination, and event planning.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or post-high school certificate with at least three years of professional office experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures with attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Ability to establish cooperative working relationships and adapt to new skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Competent in organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks with interruptions.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse professionals.
- Accurate and timely data entry skills.
Pay
$24.51 - $25.62 per hour based on experience
