Support Daily Administrative Operations

Support daily administrative operations across three clinic locations, including:

  • Coinciding daily and monthly schedules for managers, staff, and physicians.
  • Managing attendance logs and tracking staffing schedules to support operational needs.
  • Ordering and maintaining office and clinical supplies.
  • Opening and tracking maintenance/work service tickets as needed.
  • Cooking and assisting with organizing team events (e.g., staff meetings, lunch meetings).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as EPIC (preferred).
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems, document management, and basic reporting tools.

  • Strong coordination and organizational ability to manage schedules, priorities, and support operations across multiple locations.
  • Clear and professional communication skills to effectively support leadership, staff, and physicians.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Supports one or more mid to senior-level managers. Works in a diverse and complex environment and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs a range of administrative activities such as managing projects, composing letters.
