About the role
The Administrative Assistant I position is available in both Trenton, NJ and Brick, NJ. The Executive Director position is also available in Trenton, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Supports the day-to-day operations of the team
- Handles administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing
- Assists with event planning and coordination
- Coordinates travel arrangements and accommodations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related work experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Salary range: $30,000 - $35,000 annually
