About the role

The Administrative Assistant I position is available in both Trenton, NJ and Brick, NJ. The Executive Director position is also available in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Handles administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing
  • Assists with event planning and coordination
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and accommodations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of related work experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $30,000 - $35,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
