About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the Housing department in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for department staff
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
