Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and conferences, resolving conflicts, and coordinating across teams.
Book domestic and international travel for supported leaders, including complete itineraries and documentation.
Plan and coordinate meetings and events (onsite/offsite), securing venues, coordinating catering, handling budgeting, and communicating with external parties.
Prepare and organize expense reports, track budgets, and process invoices or purchase orders.
Draft, edit, and format documents—organizational charts, presentations, team communications, and session agendas.
Support projects through planning, progress tracking, and deadline management.
Foster team culture by supporting staff meetings, team-building activities, and workspace logistics.
