Responsibilities
- Support the successful execution of customer projects through accurate organization and processing of project documentation
- Scan, organize, and maintain paperwork received from field personnel
- Print labels, produce reports, assemble project binders, and prepare accounts for billing
- Contact utility companies to obtain information related to customer projects
- Cook up and schedule customer appointments
- Prepare project packets and materials for field personnel
- Provide administrative support to the Electrical Safety team
- Perform general clerical and office duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Ability to learn new software and internal systems
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting teams and coordinating workflow is a plus
