About the role

The Administrative Assistant-Lead (Safety & Building) is responsible for overseeing safety and building operations within the organization. This role ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations, manages emergency response plans, and oversees facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee safety and building operations to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage emergency response plans and coordinate with external agencies as needed.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of safety and building functions.
  • Prepare and maintain records related to safety and building operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a safety and building management role.
  • Experience managing emergency response plans and facility maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
  • Experience with facility management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $35,057.00 to $50,443.00 per month.

Schedule
