About the role
The Administrative Assistant-Lead (Safety & Building) is responsible for overseeing safety and building operations within the organization. This role ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations, manages emergency response plans, and oversees facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety and building operations to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage emergency response plans and coordinate with external agencies as needed.
- Oversee facility maintenance, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of safety and building functions.
- Prepare and maintain records related to safety and building operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a safety and building management role.
- Experience managing emergency response plans and facility maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
- Experience with facility management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $35,057.00 to $50,443.00 per month.
Schedule
This position is non-exempt and works a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
