ChicBlue Insurance Agency LLC dba Shannon Kuhn Insurance in Covington, Louisiana, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team Full-Time as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Take payments from customers.
  • Verify and update customer information.
  • Returns all phone messages promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

  • Louisiana Property & Casualty or Personal Lines licensed is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience required.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
