Administrative Assistant Corporate & Community Health
Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Department of Corporate and Community Health. Prepares and processes invoices for corporate clients and tracks status on all accounts. Enters and maintains biometric data for corporate customers and generates aggregate reports for clients. Greets and registers customers for screenings. Organizes and processes health assessments and uploads data to third party customers. Maintains proper inventories of office supplies, forms and other daily use materials. Assists the Corporate and Community Health Specialist in the collection and data entry for all customers and helps with the recruitment of staff volunteers for community events.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year Administrative Experience

- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
