About the role
The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to members of the Court's executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to one or more members of the Court's leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with exceptional accuracy.
- Cover travel arrangements and reconcile related expenses.
- Screen and prioritize communications while exercising discretion and sound judgment.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records and filing systems.
- Track assignments, projects, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports and operational data for Court leadership and the Judicial Council of California.
- Compile, validate, and analyze information to support operational reporting and decision-making.
- Provide backup support for other administrative professionals and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Manages multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Communicates effectively with executives, judicial officers, employees, and external partners.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding efficient ways to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Two (2) years of administrative support experience, preferably at the executive or senior management level.

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
