About The Job

CTSI is looking to fill part-time Administrative Assistant position to start with the company as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Draft project survey reports in accordance with company templates, proposal and bid document creation for a variety of ongoing projects.
  • Aid in project coordination through submitting filings, documents and insurance certification requests, collecting daily project data.
  • Serve as an intermediary between other office staff, clients, laboratories, sub-contractors and CTSI's field staff.
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as document processing, answering phones, scanning, follow-ups with field staff, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Aids in scheduling projects, meetings, and/or conferences as well as provide assistance to Senior Project Executives.
  • Supports in updating and maintaining records and data.
  • Aids in the resolution of IT issues that arise within the office.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or less) and at least 2-4 years of experience, or Associate Degree and at least 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Science.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic familiarity in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge in IT and computers helpful.
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Must be able to work independently and in diversified groups.
  • High degree of accuracy, organized and attention to detail.
  • Must be dependable and eager to learn new tasks/skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and customer service).
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in high-paced environments.
  • Able to succeed while working under pressure.
  • Punctual and professional.
