Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers or connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Greet and assist customers who come into the office.
- Enter delivery, pickup, service, and other customer requests into Tower.
- Complete assigned customer billing and special billing requirements.
- Review customer accounts with customers and Territory Managers.
- Process credit card and other customer payments.
- Send invoices, credit memos, statements, and payment receipts.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Help resolve customer questions while providing friendly and responsive service.
- Assist with other administrative needs that support the Golden operation.
Requirements
- One to two years of administrative, office, billing, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort learning new software and business systems. Training on Tower will be provided.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
- A customer-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of problems through resolution.
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing the company’s pre-employment background check and drug screening requirements.
Pay
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
