Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence for advisor signature
  • Handle all scheduling (3 advisor team)
  • Answer phones and document client calls
  • Track all client and practice materials
  • Prepare meeting Agendas
  • Send agendas/handwritten notes to OFM
  • Upload Advisor Notes + Assign Tasks accordingly
  • Perform other allowable duties as assigned
  • Text Monitoring Hersay for owner and clients
  • Greet clients upon arrival
  • Key Tasks: Mail, incoming and outgoing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
  • PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with social media management and content creation, Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
