Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence for advisor signature
- Handle all scheduling (3 advisor team)
- Answer phones and document client calls
- Track all client and practice materials
- Prepare meeting Agendas
- Send agendas/handwritten notes to OFM
- Upload Advisor Notes + Assign Tasks accordingly
- Perform other allowable duties as assigned
- Text Monitoring Hersay for owner and clients
- Greet clients upon arrival
- Key Tasks: Mail, incoming and outgoing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
- PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with social media management and content creation, Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
