About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide essential administrative and business support. In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of team operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and contributing significantly to the team’s productivity and success. You will manage complex administrative tasks, coordinate key activities, and serve as a central point of contact, making a tangible impact on the team’s ability to focus on their core mission of advancing cloud data storage solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of complex administrative functions, supporting all levels of management and external business partners.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, ensuring optimal time utilization for team members.
- Cook up and arrange travel logistics, from booking to itinerary management.
- Process business expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Plan and execute meetings and events, handling all logistical details.
- Support department financial and personnel operations.
- Oversee facility operations, ensuring a well-maintained and functional work environment.
- Manage the procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.
- Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Provide comprehensive general office support.
- Serve as the primary contact for the department/group, fielding inquiries and directing communications.
- Lead and complete special projects as assigned, contributing to team initiatives.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Manage and track PC inventory and assignments.
Qualifications
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or business support experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex administrative functions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and processing expenses.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No particular degree required for the role.
