Administration Specialist

About the role
As a OneMain Administration Specialist, you will join a quality-driven team. Administrative Specialists are held to a high standard and must be able to multi-task without compromising quality. This role involves fact-finding and analytical activities, with regular contact with staff, co-workers, internal departments, vendors, and attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Assurance programs for tasks completed in the department.
- Process Affidavit requests from various litigation vendors and attorneys.
- Make decisions in controlling business risks, staff results, and quality service to various litigation vendors, attorneys, and internal departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate Degree preferred).
- Two years of administrative experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Creative research skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
