Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SharePoint Division Representative for Operations, governing, provisioning, and maintaining the division’s SharePoint environment.
  • Recruit and train site owners, enforce policy compliance, and conduct regular audits.
  • Act as the single liaison for all SharePoint project and support requests within the division.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Operations Deckplate Safety team for safety-metric reporting and employee-engagement activities, including the MyIdea program.
  • Support staff-function needs of the Operations Division Chief of Staff’s office as required.
  • Represent the organizational unit on administrative matters, recommending, interpreting, and implementing company and internal policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks across functional areas such as finance, human resources, purchasing, and research and development.
  • Prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; or Master’s Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may include:
    • NNS Apprentice School graduate.
    • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate.
    • Associate’s Degree or other formal 2-year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience.
    • Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience.
    • High School/GED and 4 years of combined Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military, or other relevant exempt experience.
    • High School/GED and 8 years of combined Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military, or other relevant non-exempt experience.
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment and transit shipboard and on units.

Pay

Salary range: $63,000.00 to $79,000.00. The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
