Administration and Client Communication Manager

About the role

We are looking for passionate aviators to instruct customers in a fast-paced, customer service and entertainment environment using commercial flight simulators.

Responsibilities

• Instruct customers in a Fixed-base Flight Simulator based on the Boeing 737-800 (CAT-B & MCC Certified)
• Instruct customers in brand new Virtual Reality flight simulators

Requirements

• A friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with the ability to create and maintain fun, engaging conversations with clients about aviation
• A pilot’s licence (CPL or close to completion preferred)
• Knowledge of the 737 and instrument flying is beneficial
• Ability to work at least 4 weekend days per month

Schedule

Casual staff work 4–8 hour shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends. Successful candidates must be available for regular weekend shifts.
