Job Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Utilizing various software systems
  • Filing, scanning, and e-faxing documents
  • Aiding the department manager with daily activities and paperwork
  • Verifying vendor invoices and entering service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders
  • Collecting and processing incoming cash and checks from technicians
  • Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
  • Effective communication with customers and representing the company professionally
