Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle non-routine inquiries and problem resolution with sound judgment
  • Draft, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Cook up workflows and activities across departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and documentation systems
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Compile and analyze data to support reports, presentations, and operational decisions
  • Track and manage compliance activities, inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Aid in training new team members and providing guidance to junior staff
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup support for operational functions as needed

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience (or 2+ years in a progressive internal administrative role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using email systems and digital communication tools
  • Strong ability to analyze data, create reports, and support presentations
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and operate independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
  • Experience in a utility, energy, or regulated industry environment
  • Familiarity with systems such as CIS/CRM, GIS, or operational software tools
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and administrative procedures
