Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle non-routine inquiries and problem resolution with sound judgment
- Draft, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Cook up workflows and activities across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and documentation systems
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Compile and analyze data to support reports, presentations, and operational decisions
- Track and manage compliance activities, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Aid in training new team members and providing guidance to junior staff
- Assist with special projects and provide backup support for operational functions as needed

Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of administrative support experience (or 2+ years in a progressive internal administrative role)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using email systems and digital communication tools
- Strong ability to analyze data, create reports, and support presentations
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and operate independently
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
- Experience in a utility, energy, or regulated industry environment
- Familiarity with systems such as CIS/CRM, GIS, or operational software tools
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and administrative procedures
