Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to individuals and groups
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess client needs and progress towards goals
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Licensed professional counselor or equivalent certification
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
