With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our Family Resource Center team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Strong customer service skills with BHN staff and outside visitors.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-demand and/or stressful environments and manage time-sensitive projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products such as Publisher and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
