About the Role

The Nursing Administration Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests from multiple departments, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

This is a highly visible position within the medical center, requiring coordination of multiple demands simultaneously while communicating with physicians, directors of service line products, and senior administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• No experience (preferred) or 0–2 years with an associate/technical degree (preferred) or 3–5 years with a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 6–8 years with a master’s degree (preferred) or 9+ years with a doctorate (preferred)
