We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the description. First paragraph: "Your passion belongs at UNC Health. Join more than 56,000 teammates working together to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve across North Carolina." This is generic intro; could be part of About the role? Probably "About the role" section. Then "Summary May perform duties of an administrative representative but with greater autonomy and discretion. Work involves a greater knowledge of office/clinic procedures and practice, independent judgment and problem-solving skills." That's also about role. Then "Responsibilities" list: many bullet-like sentences. We need to put them in
  • . Then "Other Information" includes Education Requirements, Licensure/Certification Requirements, Professional Experience Requirements, Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements. Those map to Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections. We need to decide mapping: The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (intro + summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements: maybe Education Requirements, Licensure/Certification Requirements, Professional Experience Requirements. Qualifications: maybe Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements? Actually Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities could be Skills. Qualifications could be something else like maybe "Professional Experience Requirements"? But we already used that for Requirements. Let's think: Usually Requirements = education, experience, licensure. Qualifications = maybe knowledge/skills/abilities. Skills = maybe specific technical skills? But we have a list of knowledge/skills/and abilities requirements. Could split: Qualifications = Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements; Skills = maybe technical expertise (Microsoft office) etc. However we have limited distinct sections; we can combine. We need to avoid empty sections. We have Pay info: Salary Range: $18.48 - $25.89 per hour (Hiring Range). Also note: Pay offers determined by experience and internal equity. So we have Pay section. Schedule: Work Assignment Type: Onsite; Work Schedule: Day; Standard Hours Per Week: 8.00. So we have Schedule. Benefits: The posting mentions "This is a State position employed by UNC Health Care System with UNC Health benefits." Also mention TSERS/ORP continuation. That's benefits info. So we can include Benefits section. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those lines. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all specifics: education requirements, licensure, experience, knowledge/skills/abilities list (customer focus, technical expertise, coachability, accountability, fiscal responsibility, conflict resolution). Also responsibilities list. We need to format as

    headings, then content: either

    for prose or

    • for lists. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. Let's craft sections:

      About the role

Your passion belongs at UNC Health. Join more than 56,000 teammates working together to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve across North Carolina. May perform duties of an administrative representative but with greater autonomy and discretion. Work involves a greater knowledge of office/clinic procedures and practice, independent judgment and problem-solving skills.

      Responsibilities

      • Expedites non-routine purchases for departments as delegated.
      • May maintain inventory of supply
      • May train others using verbal and written communication
      • Performs more complex scheduling of providers, staff, facilities, home care and/or patients (involving critical meetings or multiple medical procedures as an example).
      • Coordinates meetings, workshops, and other events, including travel, based on predetermined needs.
      • Prepares and maintains basic financial records
      • Prepares complex forms, reports, presentations and other documents requiring a higher level of proficiency with software.
      • Creates, proofreads or edits correspondence and documents for internal and external circulation based on existing templates.
      • Procuring and filing records, researching lost or missing records, and posting information to records or ledgers in accordance with established procedures and systems.
      • Checks records to verify accuracy and compliance with rules and procedures of appropriate system.
      • Resolves discrepancies by contacting appropriate office to obtain information on source of discrepancy and correcting any errors.
      • Registering patients and completing encounter forms.
      • Collecting patient payments and insurance information and making proper referrals to financial departments.
      • May contact insurance companies directly to verify/determine eligibility.
      • May also verify previous balance owed to UNCH.
      • Represents UNCHCS with internal and/or external entities in regards to budget, payments, collections, inventory to accomplish organizational goals.
      • Serves as a second level of response to customer inquiries and complaints in person, by phone and/or electronic communication. This may include working with third party providers.
Now Requirements: Education, Licensure/Certification, Professional Experience. We could put as
        list.

        Requirements

        • Education: High School diploma or GED
        • Licensure/Certification: No licensure or certification required.
        • Professional Experience: One (1) year of clerical or administrative experience. If Bachelor's degree, no years of experience is required. If Associate's degree, no years of experience is required.
        Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements list.

        Qualifications

        • Customer Focus: makes the customer and their needs their top priority and goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Demonstrates the ability to resolve customer problems.
        • Technical expertise: understands the technical aspects of one’s job. Effectively uses Microsoft office products in order to produce reports and documents. Demonstrates the ability to learn and master the scheduling system
        • Coachability: Receptive to feedback, willing to learn and embraces continuous improvement
        • Accountability: Manages performance to meet expected results. Works to meet the internal/external customer requirements.
        • Fiscal responsibility: Understands the insurance process and seeks to make the best decision/referral in the interest of the customer.
        • Conflict Resolution: Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict between two or more people. Finds agreement on issues and follows through on implementation
Skills: maybe we could separate technical expertise as Skills? But we already used technical expertise in Qualifications. Could we have Skills section for Microsoft office proficiency and scheduling system? However we risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we don't need separate Skills if we already covered in Qualifications. But we must include Skills heading only if there is real specific content. We could argue that the technical expertise and ability to learn scheduling system constitute Skills. But we already placed them under Qualifications. Could we move them to Skills and keep Qualifications for other traits? Let's see. We have categories: Customer Focus, Technical expertise, Coachability, Accountability, Fiscal responsibility, Conflict Resolution. Technical expertise could be Skills. The rest could be Qualifications (behavioral). So we can split. Thus:

        Qualifications

        • Customer Focus: makes the customer and their needs their top priority and goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Demonstrates the ability to resolve customer problems.

        Skills

        • Technical expertise: understands the technical aspects of one’s job. Effectively uses Microsoft office products in order to produce reports and documents. Demonstrates the ability to learn and master the scheduling system
Now Benefits: we have "This is a State position employed by UNC Health Care System with UNC Health benefits. If, however, you are presently an employee of another North Carolina agency and currently participate in TSERS or the ORP, you will be eligible to continue participating in those plans at UNC Health." We'll put that as

        .

        Benefits

This is a State position employed by UNC Health Care System with UNC Health benefits. If you are presently an employee of another North Carolina agency and currently participate in TSERS or the ORP, you will be eligible to continue participating in those plans at UNC Health.

        Pay: Salary range.

        Pay

Salary Range: $18.48 - $25.89 per hour (Hiring Range). Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity.

Schedule: Work Assignment Type: Onsite; Work Schedule: Day; Standard Hours Per Week: 8.00.

        Schedule

Work Assignment Type: Onsite. Work Schedule: Day. Standard Hours Per Week: 8.00.

We should not include any other headings like About the role etc if empty. All have content. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO lines, accommodation email, etc. Also removed "Other Information" heading. Good. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Other Information" also had "Legal Employer: STATE Entity: UNC Medical Center Organization Unit: UNCH OP Svcs Float Pool Work Type: Per Diem". That's metadata like work type, legal employer, entity, organization unit. Should we preserve? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. This is minor metadata; we could fold into About the role maybe as a short p. But we already have About the role with intro and summary. Could add a sentence about work type etc. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate that metadata into About the role paragraph. Let's add: "This is a Per Diem position with UNC Medical Center, UNCH OP Svcs Float Pool, employed by the State." That preserves. Thus modify About the role paragraph. Also we have "Exempt From Overtime: Exempt: No". That's also metadata; could add. Let's incorporate. Revised About the role:

Your passion belongs at UNC Health. Join more than 56,000 teammates working together to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve across North Carolina. May perform duties of an administrative representative but with greater autonomy and discretion. Work involves a greater knowledge of office/clinic procedures and practice, independent judgment and problem-solving skills. This is a Per Diem position with UNC Medical Center, UNCH OP Svcs Float Pool, employed by the State; exempt from overtime: No.

Now we have captured legal employer, entity, organization unit, work type, exempt status. Check if any other metadata: "Job Location of Job: US:NC:Chapel Hill". That's location; we could add to About the role or maybe a separate section? Location is substantive; we could add to About the role as well
