Summary The Admin Assistant, Sr is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones, greeting all visitors, assisting accounts receivable, data entry, and purchasing. Duties And Responsibilities To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices. Answers phones, greets visitors, and maintains office supplies / equipmentProcesses accounts receivables and tracks past due invoicesProcesses incoming invoices and assists with resolving billing issuesPurchases, receives, and maintains inventory for stock itemsAssists logistics with inbound and outbound shipmentsServes as back up for Job entry, job creation, and BOM entry (ERP System)Completes data entry for management reports and production useAssists with service orders Qualifications The following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years experience in a clerical roleProficient in computer software applications, including Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to work within a team environmentAbility to collaborate and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organizationAbility to organize and prioritize projects and information with accurate turnaround under tight timeframesAbility to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
