About the Role
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees, creating a professional and welcoming experience while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure adherence to office security procedures.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and visitor accommodations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments as needed.
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and report generation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Office Operations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; coordinate ordering and restocking as needed.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for vendors, service providers, and facility-related requests.
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure common areas remain organized and presentable.
- Support onboarding needs for new employees, including workspace preparation and administrative documentation.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting when required.
- Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to routine inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members with a sense of urgency and proactivity.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization through all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with office equipment including multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.

Pay
$23/hour

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
