About the Role

The Admin Assistant 3 is responsible for advanced clerical and related administrative work reporting to Director/AVP level. Employees in this position perform a variety of advanced clerical, administrative, and special projects for Director/AVP level. Employees utilize a variety of office skills and considerable judgment in relieving the executive of administrative details. General supervision is received from Director/AVP who reviews work for satisfactory performance of clerical and administrative duties and for attainment of desired goals and objectives.

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $20.02 - $25.43 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience
  • Clerical/administrative experience
  • Advanced computer knowledge, including MS Office Tools and Internet
  • Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, printers)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of company policies, practices, and operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
