ASU is developing a pool of potential adjuncts. Any position available through this posting is a temporary appointment to teach courses in the Social Work & Sociology department, which also determines the number and types of courses.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of syllabus and course materials
- Delivery of lectures
- Grading and assignment of grades
Requirements
- Master’s degree or other evidence of professional qualifications in the subject area
Qualifications
- Knowledge sufficient to teach the course(s) and/or lab(s)
- Ability to prepare materials and deliver effective classroom presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior college-level teaching experience
