Job Summary

The Director of Total Rewards leads the Benefits Management and Total Rewards function at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA. Reporting to the Vice President of People, this role oversees Benefits, Performance Management, workforce analytics, employee recognition, leave administration, compensation initiatives, and related Total Rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for Benefits and Total Rewards programs
  • Support Performance Management, employee recognition, and workforce analytics
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, external partners, and the Human Resources team
  • Partner directly with executive leadership to influence people strategy and enhance the employee experience
  • Play a key role in the financial stewardship and long-term success of benefits programs
  • Leverage technology, streamline processes, and use workforce data to drive meaningful organizational improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Seven (7)+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, compensation, and Performance Management
  • Five (5)+ years leading Benefits Management
  • Experience Supporting a Self-funded Health Plan
  • Experience utilizing Paycom or a comparable Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP, or similar professional certification preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-division organizations
