Exempt position reporting to the Dean of the School of Nursing and Allied Health.
About the Role
Adjunct Professor – Nursing (Face to Face) to teach across the curriculum based on department needs in the following BSN program specialties:
- Medical-Surgical
- Critical Care
- Obstetrics
- Pediatrics
- Mental Health
- Community Health
- Leadership
- Simulation
- Research
- Informatics
Responsibilities
- Course and/or clinical instruction planning, delivery, and evaluation of BSN students.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Texas license to practice professional nursing (RN) with clinical practice experience.
- MSN required for BSN program; doctorate degree preferred.
- Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in the teaching area preferred.
