About the Role
Houston Christian University seeks an Adjunct Professor to join the Department of Music with expertise in teaching applied voice lessons. This is an exempt position reporting to the Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Humanities.
Responsibilities
- Teach applied voice lessons to music majors and minors.
- Teach additional music courses as needed.
Requirements
- Master of Music (MM), Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA), or PhD in Music.
- Ability to teach music courses from a Christian worldview.
- Enthusiasm for HCU’s classical liberal arts core curriculum and its interdisciplinary approach.
