The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improving user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs.
• Improve user experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities.
• Monitor and resolve user issues and feedback.
• Contribute to the development of user documentation and guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
