Adjunct Machine Tool Technology Instructor "Pool"

About the Role

Piedmont Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty (temporary, part-time) to teach at the Lex D. Walters Campus and/or six county centers in Laurens, Newberry, Edgefield, Saluda, Abbeville, and McCormick. Positions include day/evening, online, and dual credit instructors to teach in high schools. Applications will be reviewed on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Teach varying schedules to a diverse student body in accordance with established syllabi at multiple locations.
• Utilize technology and a variety of teaching methods in instruction.
• Provide instruction for students in a professional manner, specifically for Machine Tool Technology courses.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related technological field.

Preferred Qualifications

• MTT (Machine Tool Technology) degree preferred.
• Demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline.

This is a temporary, part-time position.
