Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
• Conduct data analysis and research to improve the platform and provide personalized recommendations to users.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions that align with their objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
